ekbd Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions available on the ekbd platform. The following matters form part of the general terms:

• By accessing or using the ekbd platform, you agree to the current Terms and any future changes to them.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.
• ekbd reserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• The Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other specific terms are attached to these Terms and form an integral part of this document.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use services on the ekbd platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found, ekbd reserves the right to cancel all of them.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• ekbd may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
• The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is completed.
• If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. The following security rules must be followed:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on their account, unless it is proven that the issue was caused by a fault on ekbd's part.
• After logging in from a public device or network, make sure to end your session before leaving.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the ekbd platform:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Deposits to or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If a transaction is affected by a technical error, contact support immediately.
• ekbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to claiming bonuses and promotional offers from ekbd:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement for bonus withdrawal: 25x (bonus amount × 25).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on that offer's page.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• ekbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• ekbd's decision on determining eligibility for a bonus will be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when playing games on the ekbd platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game's interface.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, the result of that round may be considered void.
• During a gaming session, the game provider's server logs will serve as the final evidence for any technical issues.
• ekbd reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or error in the game software.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, in cases of technical error, management's decision will apply.
• Game session data is stored for a set period of time and may be used in dispute resolution.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ekbd platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, exploiting software bugs, or any other unethical means.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Using another user's account or stealing their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Behaving in an indecent, threatening, or abusive manner towards other users or staff of the platform.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to the system.

8 Limitation of Liability

ekbd exercises the utmost caution in providing its platform services. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connectivity.
• Issues arising from errors in third-party game provider software.
• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or deliberate actions.
• Disruption to services due to unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events.
• Financial loss resulting from a user's gaming decisions.

In any circumstances, ekbd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of money involved in that specific transaction.

9 Dispute Resolution

The following process must be followed to resolve any dispute between ekbd and a user:

• First, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email.
• An initial response will be provided within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the complaint is submitted.
• For complex disputes, the investigation may take up to 30 days to complete.
• For game-related disputes, game server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• ekbd's final decision on a complaint will be considered binding.
• If you are not satisfied with ekbd's decision, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution methods in accordance with applicable law.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

ekbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If money laundering is suspected or as directed by law enforcement agencies.
• In the case of a minor user, the account will be closed immediately and a guardian will be notified.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Upon requesting account closure, pending bonuses will be cancelled; however, any remaining balance will be returned subject to the minimum withdrawal rules.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms and Effective Period

ekbd reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time.

• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may request to close your account.
